Steps to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
- 1Log in to your account on the MyZoo app or website.
- 2Navigate to the 'Profile' or 'Settings' section.
- 3Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- 4Click on the 'Delete Account' button.
- 5Confirm the deletion in the pop-up dialog.
Data Deletion & Retention
When you delete your account:
- Your personal profile data (name, email, phone) will be permanently removed.
- Your active listings and ads will be deleted.
- Financial transaction records may be retained for the period required by local laws and tax regulations.

خطوات حذف الحساب
إذا كنت ترغب في حذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به، يرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية:
- 1قم بتسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك في تطبيق أو موقع ماي زوو.
- 2انتقل إلى قسم 'الملف الشخصي' أو 'الإعدادات'.
- 3قم بالتمرير إلى أسفل الصفحة.
- 4اضغط على زر 'حذف الحساب'.
- 5قم بتأكيد الحذف في النافذة المنبثقة.
حذف البيانات والاحتفاظ بها
عند حذف حسابك:
- سيتم إزالة بيانات ملفك الشخصي (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الهاتف) نهائياً.
- سيتم حذف إعلاناتك وقوائمك النشطة.
- قد يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات المعاملات المالية للمدة التي تتطلبها القوانين المحلية واللوائح الضريبية.
